What is the temperature rise level of the GV2P** and what does the standard say?
Tests on GV2 motor protection circuit breakers (MPCB) are carried out in accordance with IEC 94741, usually inside its dedicated enclosure.
GV2 circuit breakers comply with this standard, and the temperature rise relative to ambient temperature under the conditions of the standard is as follows:
Manual commands: less than or equal to 25°K. Front panel: less than or equal to 40°K. Rear: less than or equal to 50°K
Note: As a general rule, all thermal magnetic circuit-breakers use electric heaters to deflect the bimetallic strips. It is therefore normal for a temperature rise to occur inside the product.
