Issue
A customer is seeing 'X''s on grouping objects which are set to the transparent option when viewed through the Diagrams section of Web Applications as seen below. This same issue does not occur within Vista.

Cause
File permissions are not set correctly on the directory where PME is installed.
Resolution
The virtual roots inside web applications can be configured for either Anonymous Authentication or a specific Windows account. This account needs to have full read/write permissions over the PME installation folder as well as the image file "transparent.jpg" within the C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\config\diagrams\images\Status_Graphics directory.
