Following the Readme file when upgrading a Link150's firmware does not work
Issue:
When updating the firmware of a Link150 the readme file in the firmware folder does not allow update. The command window shows that it is not connecting

Product Line:
Link150

Environment:
Link150
Windows

Cause:
The readme file is assuming that the Link150 is still using the default IP address, and it does not mention the way to go about upgrading when an IP has been assigned.

Resolution:
Follow the readme file everywhere except for the line that says to do this, "Default IP address = 169.254.YY.ZZ where YY and ZZ are the last two bits of the Link 150 MAC address." instead of doing this determine the Link150's current IP address. Use the current IP address instead of 168.254.YY.ZZ. This is done in the FirmwareUpgrade_1.bat file. Edit this file with notepad and change the first line to "set IP=(current IP address)" then save the batch file. DO NOT save as the file under another name. After being save the batch file should be able to be double clicked to run. When it runs in that folder a new file "ftpcmd.dat" should show up under the batch file. After the batch file finishes running the Link150 will take about 40 seconds to restart.
