Issue
Disabled alarms are viewed in PME 2020/2021 when PTL is replaced with PAS600

Environment
PME 2020/2021
PAS 600 FW1.3.1
PowerTag Link/HD
PowerTag energy sensors
Cause
When PTL/PTL HD is replaced with Panel Server PAS 600 all disabled alarms in PTL/PTL HD will be reported by PAS 600 in PME2020/2021. This is because the PAS 600 doesn’t have “Alarm tab” to disable or enable as shown below
Resolution
This will be fixed in future firmware release and the feature is added in PAS600 FW 1.3.2 onwards. There is a workaround for this we can remove alarm events in PME 2020/2021 PowerTag driver file, only if FW upgrade of the PAS 600 is not permitted by end customer. Please contact/consult with schneider product expert support for this process.
NOTE:
Firmware upgrade is the suggested solution.
