With the launch of Schneider Electric's Global Family Leave Policy 2.0, employees are able to enjoy extra time off to better take care of themselves and their loved ones. Enhancements include:

Primary parental leave: 20 weeks paid
Secondary parental leave: 4 weeks paid
Care leave: 2 weeks paid
