Justin Lavoie is the Vice President of Channel Development for Digital Buildings. Schneider Electric’s Digital Buildings Division is the market leader in Smart Building Services, which includes its best-in-class EcoXpert, Wholesale and OEM Programs, National Security Sales and Consulting Solution Architects teams.  Throughout his 20-year career with Schneider Electric, Justin has held many leadership positions including VP Systems and Services, Eastern Region in Digital Buildings and led the US Field Services Sales Team. 

Justin leans on his passion for people and leadership development combined with using technology to solve customers’ sustainability challenges to create an unparalleled experience that touches the hearts and minds of our employees and customers in a positive way.

Justin is an active participant in Schneider Electric’s mentorship program, and many of his former mentees have become successful executives themselves.
