No, there cannot be TOP entry or top exit on N3R HVL/cc switchgear.
The options to resolve this are rear entry/exit with the use of optional rear extensions.
Also, Side entry or exit can be done with the addition of an incoming/outgoing terminal chamber.
The roof design of the N3R HVL/cc is not compatible with entering conduits. In addition, the conduits would enter directly over the switch terminals. The HVL/cc has reduced clearances and should not have any moisture dropping down on top of the switch.
