Resolution:
Not from Square D / Schneider Electric. If the external operator is damaged there is also a possibility the integrity of the enclosure has been compromised. If the enclosure integrity is still in tact the replacement Handel operator can be obtained from Curlee manufacturing, Curlee enclosure part number is C8932.
