Are NEMA 1 and/or NEMA 3R enclosures available for individual Homeline breakers?

No, there is no individual enclosure for Homeline circuit breakers. HOM breakers are only UL listed and tested to be in a Homeline load center. For individual circuit breaker and enclosures, use QO breakers and enclosures.
