What type of cable is used for connecting medium voltage switchgear to transformers?

Resolution:
The transformer manufacturer uses either 7.5kV or 15kV insulated non-shielded cable. Either 1 or 2 #2/0 Cables per phase depending on the line current. Since the cable in non-shielded, air clearances are maintained.
