Cause:
Accessories are selected based on an enclosure number and letter in the Digest

Resolution:

In the current Digest/Catalog, look at the enclosure number/letter combination in the last column of the catalog listing for the Transformer in question, then refer to the accessories chart on a subsequent page. Then, select the accessories for that enclosure number/letter. The accessory chart only applies to active (not obsolete) Transformer enclosure designs.
