Each panel will require the a main lugs cover and branch circuit cover.
For three phase interiors, NQOD442L225 and NQOD442L225CU:
(1) MLO Cover but this is no longer available - consider a local sheet metal fabricator for this.

For single phase interior, NQOD42L225 and NQOD42L225CU:
