Can the cover on the J250R circuit breaker enclosure be padlocked?

Resolution:
Yes, the cover actually has two places for a padlock. The enclosure cover can be padlocked to prevent access to the enclosure interior. There is also a smaller plastic cover located on the enclosure cover that provides access only to the circuit breaker operating handle that can also be padlocked closed.
