If a Factory Assembled NQ panelboard with a main breaker with a different amperage rating than the bus, is the panel rated at the breaker rating or the bus rating?

Issue:
Bus rating on Factory Assembled NQ panelboard, for example has a 150A main breaker with a 225A rated bus what is the panel rated?

Resolution:
A Factory Assembled panel will be labeled and rated at the amperage level of the installed main breaker, regardless of what the bus rating might be. It is labeled this way for UL listing and labeling purposes.  So per the example, an NQ factory assembled panel with 150A main breaker is rated as a panel at 150A and the label will indicate this.
