Can a 13.8kv primary transformer be connected on a wye and/or a delta system?

Issue:
Is a 13.8kv primary, MV transformer, be used for a wye and/or a delta system ?

System Connection

Resolution:
A 13.8 kV Delta Primary may be used on either a Delta Source or a Wye Source.  If used on a Wye Source, the Source Neutral would not be carried through to the Transformer Primary.
