Is there a AutoCad 'AddOn' available that will bring in a Schneider Electric automation library of drawings?

There is no 'AddOn'. Our CAD drawings can be found individually by product number in your personalized Partner Portal https://partner.schneider-electric.com/partners , at the Schneider Electric website www.se.com or on traceparts https://www.traceparts.com/en
