The default directory is as follows:

Install drive (Typically C) > Program Files (X86) (Only X86 if installed on a 64-bit operating system) > Schneider > SFTCommon > IEC61850 > Edition_1 > ICD

This directory contains all of the ICD files that CET850 contains.
