Resolution:
The SLC suffix is used to provide a factory special safety switch with terminal lugs that accept only copper wire. The standard lugs provided on a safety switch will accept either aluminum or copper wire. This special feature is only available on type 1, 3R, 4/4X/5 stainless steel, 12/3R, and 12K switches from 30 - 600 A.
