How to add a custom image/logo to reports in ION Enterprise or Power Monitoring Expert?

Issue
A user may want to add a custom image/logo in place of the default "Schneider Electric" logo that is displayed on reports.

Cause
It may be desired to replace the default image/logo displayed on reports

Resolution

For ION Enterprise 6.0 and SPM 7.0.1:

• Navigate to http://localhost/Reports$ION or http://localhost/Reports or http://localhost/ReportsION or http://localhost/Reports_ION (this is dependent on how the system is set up)
• Next, navigate through ION Reports --> ION Reports Packs --> Default Reports
• Click on Report-Logo.jpg. This file needs to be replaced with a custom logo file with the same name (review screenshot below)
• Note: The image file is required to be no larger than 250x100
• Click on Upload File'
• Browse to the custom logo file and make sure the name is Report-Logo.jpg
• Now, every report that is run from the Default Report Pack will have the new custom logo at the top of the report.

For PME 8.0 and PME 7.2.x:

• Navigate to the following directory:

• There will be a JPEG file in the folder named Report-Logo. The image file is required to be no larger than 250x100
• If you replace the image with a different image that is named Report-Logo, the new image will be displayed on reports (as shown in the screenshot below)

For PME 8.1:

• Navigate to the following directory:

• There will be a JPEG file in the folder named Report-Logo. The image file is required to be no larger than 250x100
• If you replace the image with a different image that is named Report-Logo, the new image will be displayed on reports (as shown in the screenshot below)

For PME 8.2:

• Navigate to the following directory:

• There will be a JPEG file in the folder named Report-Logo. The image file is required to be no larger than 250x100
• If you replace the image with a different image that is named Report-Logo the new image will be displayed on reports (as shown in the screenshot below)

For PME 9.0 and Up:

• Open Web Applications
• In SETTINGS, open the Settings Library > Personalization > Report Theme.
• Under Report Logo, click Select to open the Select Report Logo Image dialog.
• Select an image currently available in the repository, or:

a. Click Upload Image to choose an image file available on your system or drag an image file into the application area.
b. Click Finish to add it to the image repository.

• Click OK to complete your selection.
• Click Save to apply the changed settings.

NOTE: You can use GIF, JPG, JPEG, or PNG image formats. The recommended file size is 250 x 100 pixels. Images are automatically re-sized to fit the logo area in Reports.

• If you replace the image with a different image the new image will be displayed on reports (as shown in the screenshot below)
