Cause
The part number are different for customer located in Canada than the USA Customers.

Resolution

The Part Number for each meter is different based on the different specifications of the meter. The Part Number must be put together using the information found on the front panel of the meter. The method of doing so is shown below and is on pg. 7 of the attached guide.

NOTE: ION73xx meters are obsoleted and are not available to purchase. Part numbers listed in this document are just for reference.
