The standard NQ, 400A NQ panel comes with a "snowman" lug which has adjoining circles good for either (1) 1/0-750 or (2) 1/0-350. If separate barrels are needed, order the panel with sub feed lugs. It will have (2) separate barrels with each good for 1/0-750.
