What is the part number for the phase failure relay we use in our QED, QED6, QED2, PZ4 switchboards and switchgear?

Troubleshoot or verify operation of the phase failure relay we use in our QED, QED6, QED2, PZ4 switchboards and switchgear

Resolution:
We have used the phase failure relays manufactured by Taylor for the past 30 years. Currently, use both the Taylor PD and PND phase failure relays in our current style switchboards.
