No. The MOVs will reach end of life instantly because it will be exposed to an overvoltage condition. The SPD maximum continuous operating voltage (MCOV) from phase to ground is 320V. The voltage from phase to ground on a Delta system is 480V which exceeds the MCOV of a 480Y/277 SPD.
