Can a QO breaker be converted to a QOU breaker?

Do we have any adapter to make a QO breaker a QOU breaker?

Neither the QO plug on or the QOB bolt on breaker can be converted to a QOU breaker, nor can the QOU be converted to a QO or QOB breaker.
