Cause:
Need to monitor heat at the terminals of Low Voltage Transformers

Resolution:
TMT= Thermal Monitoring Top.   The Transformer has factory installed Exertherm heat sensors for Continuous Thermal Monitoring of terminal temperatures with Top Mounting of the electronic module on the enclosure.  (See the attachments for illustration of electronic module on a Typical K21 style enclosure.)
