Any waveform that uses the comtrade format will be able to use the tool WaveWin to analyze a waveform.
The comtrade format produces two files .dat and .cfg.  That is what WaveWin will need.  You can download WaveWin from this website: https://www.se.com/ww/en/download/document/WAVEWIN_Software/
