The following error occurs when selecting the Diagrams tab of the PME web page:
Server Error in '/ION Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception.

Cause
The Windows Application Log revealed that there is a second file (WebReach-new) in the WebReach folder:

<Data>Could not load file or assembly 'WebReach-new' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
at System.Web.Configuration.CompilationSection.LoadAssemblyHelper(String assemblyName, Boolean starDirective)
Resolution
The second file with the prefix WebReach needs to be moved to another folder.
- Navigate to E:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert DC Ed\system\WebReach\
- Move the file called WebReach-new.dll to another folder.
- Refresh the Web Applications and the Diagrams should now be accessible.
