What does the VCPO and VSPO stand for in relation to the MTZ Masterpact breakers?

Looking for VCPO and VSPO option for MTZ masterpact breakers.

Resolution:
The VSPO is a handle padlock attachment with keylocks for the OFF position. The VCPO is a handle padlock device with padlocks for the OFF position.
