Issue:
INF4 fault on the ATV61 and ATV71.

Cause:
INF4 is an Internal Zone Fabrication Error which is caused by incoherent internal data on the EEPROM.

Resolution:
* Recalibrating the drive using the diagnostic menu. (This option is only available for the field services techs)
* Change the control bloc or power board.
