What does suffix 1121 indicate on a legacy circuit breaker?

What is the suffix for a 120V under voltage trip unit  for a  FAL, KAL or LAL breaker?

Resolution:
A circuit breaker with suffix 1121 has a 120 Vac undervoltage release (UVR) in the left pole. Suffix 1101 would have the UVR in the right pole.
