How to connect an ATS to the ASCO 5300 Remote Annunciator.

COMMUNICATION ARCHITECTURE: Single ATS connected to one (QEM) connectivity module

  • QEM - Quad-Ethernet Module

1. Log in to the built-in web interface.
  • Open a web browser and in the address bar, type in the default address http://169.254.1.200
  • Refer to manual 381333-315 for details of the log in credentials
  • Highly recommended that you change the password
2.  On the left pane, under Configurations, click ATS to configure all the ATSs that will be monitored and controlled.
3. Select Single ATS and press the corresponding Go button under the selection.

A. Automatic ATS Configuration:
1. The auto discovery of the ATSs, enter the IP address of the QEM to which the ATS is connected.
2. Select the check boxes next to each ATS.
3. Then click Automatic.
4. Pop-up window will show to show complete discovery.

B. Manual ATS Configuration
1. To manually configure the ATSs click Manual
2. Click Enable, enter the ATS Name, and the IP Address. On the Controller/ Protocol list, Controller Address, and PM Address, select the appropriate settings.
3. Click Save.
