Global Supply Chain

3-year rotational program
3 roles, 3 locations

Gain a broad range of experiences in supply chain in one of six tracks including operations and engineering, supply chain, procurement, quality & customer satisfaction, safety/environment/real estate, and business analytics.

Idea profile: Engineering or supply chain students.

Digital Engineering

6-month training program (Nashville), will relocate after

Gain technical solutions knowledge through on-the-job training style rotations between engineering operations, digital services, and electrical power monitoring systems.

Ideal profile: Engineering students (electrical, computer, mechanical, or systems)

Finance Development Program

2-year rotational program
2 roles, 2 locations

Gain exposure to a large scope of the finance community and build a diverse network within Schneider.

Ideal profile: Finance or accounting majors who are inquisitive and analytical and not afraid to challenge processes.

Sustainability Leadership Program

2-year rotational program
3 8-month rotations, 1 location

Explore and learn different business function in the energy and sustainability space.

Digital Buildings Development Program

5-month program, upon completion participants transition into a full-time role

Discover Schneider Electric's culture through on-the-job learning, shadowing peers, and customer interactions. Gain exposure to leaders within digital buildings and travel to locations like Andover, Nashville, and Dallas.

Experience and exposure in 3 main energy and sustainability consulting activities
2 years of learning and development activities
Exposure to Leadership from start date through graduation ceremony
Performance and Development Plan created and managed throughout the program
Hired as a permanent employee at the beginning of the program; and upon completion, placement in a permanent role in the Sustainability Business
