Can an LRD overload relay be used on a DC system ?

Cause:
LRD overload relay used in a DC power circuit

Resolution:

Yes, this is fine below 300vdc, simply series connect the poles or use an LR3D overload relay without single phase sensitivity.
Please note while the Tesys D contactors are suitable, they are not UL listed for DC power circuits.
