The S-Type, AV Power Conditioners w/Battery Backup provide application-specific EMI/RFI isolated filter banks, which help to improve audio and video signaling.
• Filter Banks improve sound and video for systems affected by electro-magnetic and radio frequency interference on the AC utility line.
• Banks are isolated to prevent device noise from polluting other connected components.
• Each filter bank is specifically tuned to filter noise for a particular class of component. Specific filter banks are provided for Digital, Analog and High-Current components.
• Unlike filters from many competitors, APC’s High-Current filter also protects high-powered amplifiers and subwoofers, without compromising their ability to draw high currents during periods of peak sound output. It is not necessary to plug an amplifier into a separate wall outlet.
