Resolution:
FLA, FLB, FLC are the terminals for a single pole, double throw (Form C) relay and the default assignment is ``inversion of fault relay``.  Off = drive faulted, On = no drive fault.  Parameter F132 can be used to change this relay function.

RYA, RYC are terminals for a single normally open contact (Form A) and the default setting is ``speed attained``.  The relay contact closes when the hertz value assigned to F100 is reached.  F100 is defaulted to 0.  A common customer request is for ``drive running``.  Parameter F130 can be assigned to 14 for ``drive running``.
