How is the ATV61/71 analog input scaling maintained so that 0-10V or 4-20mA includes 0Hz as the low limit, even though the low speed is not set to 0Hz?

Issue:
Factory default settings define the range for 0-10V or 4-20mA to be from low speed (LSP) to high speed (HSP).

Product Line:
Altivar ATV61 / ATV71

Environment:
All

Cause:
Would like to maintain 0-10V = 0-60Hz with adjustable low speed setting.

Resolution:
Preference is for the scaling range to be 0-HSP.
In Menu 1.5 INPUTS / OUTPUTS CFG, change the Reference Template from Standard to Pedestal.  This allows LSP adjustments without affecting the scale range.
