Resolution:
Yes, PID regulator settings can be found under the FuN menu.
[Conf] -> [Full] -> [Fun]
At 'PId' press Enter
PIF= PID feedback assignment Set to AI1 (Choice not possible if Fr1 is set to AI1)
PII= Activation of internal PID reference (Yes or No)
rP1= internal PID reference (0 to 100%)
rPL= PID min value reference (0 to 100%)
rPH= PID max value reference (0 to 100%)
