How are the PT/CT ratios scaled in the ION8650

Issue:
The customer would like to check whether the displayed and recorded meter data is scaled and what the scaling is.

Resolution:
There are two sets of scaling factors implemented to scale the PT/CT parameters: one is the PT/CT ratio in the Power Meter Module, while the other is the PT/CT ratio in the Factory Module. The Factory Module's PT/CT ratio will only be used to scale data if the PT and CT ratios in the Power Meter Module are both 1:1. There is a framework in the meter, referred to as SOV (Scaled Operational Value), that validates the above condition.
