What can cause an EPHO on an ATV212 drive?

Article available in these languages: Turkish

Issue:
EPHO on an ATV212 drive

Product Line:
ATV212

Environment:
All models and serial numbers

Cause:
Loss of one or more output phases

Resolution:
Be sure that you're running a 3-phase motor. Altivar drives cannot be used on single phase motors.
Determine the cause of the missing output phase (such as a bad connection, an output disconnect, or an open winding in the motor), and resolve it.
Check parameter F605 (Output Phase Loss). This should be set to 0 (disabled) if you're using a bypass contactor with this drive. It can also be set to 0 for testing purposes.
