Possible causes for an ATV66 drives to blow the input line fuses on power up.

Cause:
Internal short inside the drive.
Resolution:
Before replacing the line fuses and power it back up again, please get a Fluke meter, and do a full diode static check on the input L1 L2 L3 and U, V, W output terminals to + and - bus.
The full diode check will show you two readings, you will measure .3vdc to .7vdc in forward bias direction or OL in the reverse direction.
