Resolution:
Yes, the Harmony / Magelis HMI families can connect onto a wireless network. The Harmony / Magelis HMI needs to be connected to a wireless router or access point and not a USB wireless adapter.
The ports required forwarded by the router are by default:
Data Sharing Port: 6000
Vijeo Design'Air Port: 6002
These can be set differently from the application under the Target > Remote Access settings page:
