Issue:
PME@local host is not detected when Detect Event Sources is selected in the ENM Configuration
after ENM 8.3.x is installed, it should be showing as the screen shot below

Power Monitoring Expert (PME) 8.x
Environment:
Windows Server
Cause:
Unable to configure ENM since is not detecting PME@localhost.
Resolution:
Need to make sure ENM is licensed before trying to configure ENM.
Verify that ENM is activated and listed under Floating License Manager.
