These User Access Control Settings in Windows 10 helps prevent malware from damaging a computer and helps organizations deploy a better-managed desktop. User Access Control can block the automatic installation of unauthorized apps and prevent inadvertent changes to system settings. Even launching a software is considered as changes being made to system settings. The User Access Control settings are by default set to "Always Notify" in Windows 10 Operating system.
