Video: What can cause an NLP drive state on the ATV630 and ATV930 Process drives?
Issue:
Understanding the NLP Status on Altivar Process Drives

Product Line:
ATV630 and ATV930

Environment:
All Models

Cause:
No Mains voltage on L1 , L2  and L3 of the drive.

Resolution:
[No Mains Voltage] NLP means that 24Vdc control power is applied to P24 - 0V on the main control board of the drive, but there is no power circuit voltage on L1, L2 and L3 feeding the input of the drive.  This may be an intended status.

The DC bus may not be powering up, which could indicate a drive issue. Suggest to measure the DC bus voltage across PA+ and PC- terminals.  Expect to measure a value = line voltage x 1.414.

I DC bus is powered OK, then suspect a power board or control board issue.
