Resolution
The following is a description for the possible value returned by the '#PLCQualStatus' OFS variable.

0x00C0 Communication with the device is correct.
0x0040 No communication with the device since less than the configured Device Timeout.
0x000C No communication with the device since the configured Device Timeout.
0x0000 Device is not identified.
0x0018 Device is inconsistent (SymbolFile differs from PLC application).
