Issue: KVM Winclient Network Disconnect Issue
Product Line: KVM Switches
After downloading the Windows Client from the KVM Web Interface and trying to connect to the KVM switch it will end up with a ‘Network Disconnect’ message.
Solution:
Download the DLL from the Aten FAQ or you can download the attached zip file.
https://eservice.aten.com/eServiceCx/Common/FAQ/view.do?id=5213
Once you have the wininet.dll file, rename the old file of Wininet.dll within C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Wininet.dll and place the downloaded Wininet.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Wininet.dll.
If the system does not allow you to rename/overwrite the Wininet.dll file, try to copy the downloaded wininet.dll file on the folder where the WinClient.exe is saved.
