Why can't I download to a brand new HMIGTO / HMIGK with Vijeo Designer 6.2 SP11 or older?
Issue:
Can't download to a new HMIGTO / HMIGK using Vijeo Designer v6.2 SP11 or older.
Product Line:
HMIGTO and HMIGK families of HMIs
Environment:
Vijeo Designer v6.2
Cause:
The new HMIGTO/HMIGK families have a hardware component change that requires Vijeo Designer v6.2 SP12.
Resolution:
The Harmony HMIGTO and HMIGK families of HMIs that are manufactured recently withSV4.0 or later on the sticker on the back of the HMI require Vijeo Designer v6.2 Service Pack 12.
