Unable to add elements to Logipam (SFT2885) ladder logic diagram

Customer is unable to add elements to a Logipam (SFT2885) diagram using click and drag

Cause
SFT2885 must be reinstalled

Resolution
1) Uninstall SFT2885
2) Download Setup SFT2885 V3.3.exe from Logipam SFT2885 V3.3 Download
3) Run Setup SFT2885 V3.3.exe to complete the reinstallation*
* A restart may be required to complete the installation
