Issue
Web diagrams > Datalog Viewer (DV) 'Show waveforms' and 'Change Date Range' button hides when the timestamp filter is included in the DV query button in vista screen.
Environment
PME - Web App > Diagrams
Cause
Identified a bug in the scripting.
Resolution
*Warning: Take backups of any files prior to modifying/replacing them. Ensure the backups are in a location that will not be overwritten (i.e. the Desktop).
Find attached Hotfix: "Hotfix_90_CU_swione-Release.9.0.20016.01.zip" which will fix issue in PME9.
The change date button will not show up if the Where clauses is added to the Logviewer in Vista because it is hard-coded.
(Note: This fix is included in CU1 for PME v2020)

- Stop all ION services.
- Unzip folder copy from zip file and replace the files under '\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\system' in PME system.
- Reset IIS.
- Start all ION services (which are stopped earlier)
