Altivar Process ATV630 variable speed drive and a booster station application. How to configure the Lead pump redundancy function in a Single-drive architecture?

If ATV630 is used on booster station with single drive architecture* and there is request for switching the lead pump to another available pump and if it has to work also during operation (not only during starting), it is necessary to do following:
1. respect the wiring in ATV600 programming manual for single drive architecture with lead pump alternation
2. Use pump ready signals (each pump to have associated digital input that informs ATV whether the pump is available for operation)
3. Configure:
- Lead pump sequence = Redundant lead pump
- Lead pump alternation = Redundancy are digital inputs
- Set Response to multipump error = ignore
See attached printscreen

* Single drive architecture = composition of one ATV600 series drive and several (2...6) pumps, where one pump at time has role of lead pump (running at variable speed, controlled by ATV) while the rest of pumps are operated in start/stop mode, controlled by ATV relay outputs. For complete wiring diagram look for ATV600 programming manual.
